Letter to the Editor

Hillary has qualities, experience for job

Editor, the Record:

We are fortunate to have two good candidates vying for the Democratic nomination, but a choice must be made.

I believe Hillary Clinton is the more qualified on the basis of life and political experience. She is intelligent, persevering, loyal, flexible, and hard working. Her three-day marathon before winning Ohio, Texas, and Rhode Island put to rest any doubts about stamina.

Hillary's autobiography "Living History" has helped me understand how she evolved into the strong woman she is today and to appreciate how she has balanced the roles of wife, mother, daughter, friend, working woman over the years. The loyalty of friends of many years' standing speaks well of her character, and she has proven she can work with diverse people to accomplish important goals. High regard for her overseas gives her a head start when it comes to foreign affairs.

Hillary has my vote. Please give her yours.
